A resort-style apartment concept where the building curves around its own internal courtyard, turning a typical multi-family block into something closer to a private holiday retreat. The white-and-glass facade wraps in continuous ribbon balconies, each fitted with planters that soften the otherwise crisp geometry from every floor. At the heart of the plan, a tiered swimming pool and water feature sit within a landscaped courtyard, fully enclosed by the building’s curve — giving every apartment a view inward toward water and greenery rather than just outward toward the street. Palm trees and timber decking at ground level complete the resort feel, with the sunset poolside view capturing the lifestyle the design is built around. The brief asked for multi-family housing that felt like a vacation address year-round — amenity-rich, view-oriented, and organized around a shared water feature rather than a conventional open lawn.
