MR.PARTH PATEL BUNGALOW
Valsad,Gujarat · 2022
A luxury residence built entirely around its pool and garden, where the architecture steps back to let outdoor living take the lead. Terracotta and grey stacked volumes form the main house, while a gabled pool-house wing breaks from the contemporary language with a softer, pitched-roof silhouette — giving the elevation two distinct moods that still read as one composition. An L-shaped lagoon-style pool wraps around a sunken conversation pit with a built-in fire feature, surrounded by a full wood deck that carries through to a market-umbrella dining and lounge zone. Dense tropical planting — banana leaves, ferns, and layered greenery — softens every hard edge, turning the garden into as much a living space as any room indoors. The brief asked for a home designed for entertaining and everyday leisure equally, where family and guests would naturally gravitate outdoors rather than treating the pool as a peripheral amenity.
Design Language: Contemporary Resort Residence, with stacked terracotta-and-grey massing, a gabled pool-house accent, and a lagoon-style pool integrated into a full outdoor living deck.
