VASANT BLAZE

A high-rise residential tower concept designed to stand out on its urban skyline through verticality and colour rather than sheer scale. White precast banding wraps the building’s floor plates horizontally, broken by sharp rust-red accent fins that run vertically up the facade, giving the tower a strong visual rhythm from any approach angle. Projecting balconies at every level extend the living space outward while casting deep shadow lines that keep the facade animated through the day, and an angular crown at the rooftop gives the building a distinct silhouette against the city skyline at dusk. Surrounded by lower-rise urban context, the tower asserts itself as a clear landmark on its street without relying on excessive height. The brief asked for a high-rise apartment building with strong street presence and facade identity, where colour and verticality did the work that scale alone couldn’t.

Design Language: Urban High-Rise Contemporary, with vertical rust-red accent fins, horizontal white precast banding, and an angular rooftop crown.
